How to Play STAXle

Learn the core loop in under 20 seconds.

Step 1 of 3

1) Make your first word

Tap a free edge tile.
Place letters from your rack into highlighted slots.
Press Check Word.

2) Clear tiles to open the board

Validated words clear tiles and create new playable edges.
Keep connecting words to reach deeper tiles.
Clear every tile to finish the round.

3) Score boosts and tools

Bonus tiles multiply your word score.
Longer streaks and stronger words earn more points.
Buy a ? costs 30 points. Hint costs 50 points.
